二、       特点  characteristic 
(1) 火焰形状规则、完整；火焰稳定无波动，不会出现扫窑衬现象，避免结圈，可延长窑衬的使用寿命。
flame form is regular and complete ;flame stabilization without fluctuation ,will not appear sweeping kiln lining, avoid ring, those features will adding the kiln lining using time. 
(2) 燃料与一次风、二次风混合良好，燃烧充分，提高窑的热力强度，有利于增产降耗。
fuel is mixed well with primary air and secondary air, fully burning ,improving heat intension ,will be good for increasing production and reducing lost.
(3) 合理的火焰形状使火焰温度分布均匀，有效保护窑口筒体和护板。
  reasonable flame form making the flame temperature uniform, effectively protect the kiln end body and fender apron.
(4) 降低废气中一氧化碳和氮氧化物的含量，有利于窑后除尘的安全运行和环保。
   reducing the carbon monoxide and oxynitride content of the exhaust gas. be good for dedusting equipment safe running and environmental protection.
(5) 轴流风、旋流风和中心风通路上安装有控制蝶阀，可单独调节对应通道的风量及风量比例。从而控制和调节相应通道的喷出风速。
installing control butterfly valve on the channel of axial blowing wind, spin flowing wind, center wind ,can adjust single corresponding channel of the blast capacity and the blast capacity ratio.controlling and adjusting eject wind speed of the corresponding channel.
